Looling at all the options for the webinar times, this is the problem that I have with them and even though I occasionally sign up, I rarely attend. The reason being, that I do my work during the day and by 6:00 and no later than 7:00PM, I am done and saturated for that day.
My suggestion is that you have these earlier in the day, say between 3 and 6PM.
I know that there are probably many reasons to hold them at night but it pretty much eliminates me.

    Hi John and TCA members,

Remember the old Hand Well Water Pumps when you visited a farm. You pump and pump and pump the handle maybe 20 or 30 times and the water finally starts to come out. If you stop before the water comes out, you have to start all over. To get the water to come out takes quite a bit of effort. But once it starts flowing it's only a matter of pumping real easy just once every few seconds. But again, if you stop pumping, the water goes back down and you have to start all over.
This is the problem that most of us, in my belief are having. We get all excited when we first join, get more excited when we get a few sign ups and we keep pushing. But then the water stops coming out. What I mean by that is we never hear from the main office on what's happening in the field. Most of us need to know at least when we''re listening to the webinar, just how things are going. Give us some hope by explaining the nuts and bolts of the accomplishments for the week, day or month. Such a as 'Our customer support is now being refined and we're getting that in order for the members. Also we're working on customer support for the business's'. Or 'everything is coming along smooth with the new software'.
Am I getting my point across. Out of the 100,000 members, 80% of the accomplishments are probably done by 20% of the people, the business norm. We can stand a few bumps in the road. We are in it to win it. How about letting everyone know just how we are progressing. Then I think the question "When are the coupons coming" will subside. We really don't need a date, just an update on how things are growing.
This seems to me to be a family affair. Let's keep the family informed. This keeps the water flowing. When we stop hearing reports on how the water's flowing, (the business is doing) the water (enthusiasm) goes back down. At least for quite a few of us. Especially in todays economy.
Just yesterday the the first day of light in quite a while came with Justin White's letter and a few mentions by John and the TCA corporate on the webinar and then today's email helped.
Keep it up and we'll keep working hard. Let us keep hearing from you and how the family is doing. Just give us some nuts and bolts.

I'd like to thank John for the opportunity that he's presented to ALL of us. It's up to us to do something to make it happen.
My gut reaction to John M. upon first seeing him in the video's is that he's a straight shooter and a person of integrity. John, you seem like a real nice guy who's intelligent with a lot of fortitude and business experience. But most of all a man who controls his emotions and has LOTS of PATIENCE.
Enthusiasm is almost the 180º on the spectrum with Patience. Controlled patience and controlled enthusiasm are united when they meet knowledge.
It looks as though we are off to another fresh start with you helping us out with little tidbits of the week.

    Thank you,
    Ed Townsend

Thank you Ed for the time and input you have shared with us here!

Your analogy of the pump is spot on and fantastic! I can especially relate because (most of you don't know this) I grew up on a Farm and I know that pump well! My Grandfather that I grew up with from the time I was 12 til 16 was a great man. A very successful Farmer and ultimate Entreprenuer. He was a visionary. He had the worlds first Automated Car wash. If you have been to Seattle or Palm Springs you would recognize it as "The Elephant Car Wash" the big pink elephant that is World Famous. My Grandfather and his brothers even invented the car guide that is in every car was today! You see, they were problem solvers. Great Resolve! They were innovators and VALUE creators! I learned so much from my grandfather, He took me on business negotiations etc. As a kid, i had great exposure to REAL work and REAL value. He was successful in ALL that he touched. Vast real estate holdings, Incredible diversity in business investments and a great Humanitarian. He lived a wonderful life of 93 years! I carry his voice with me everywhere I go!

With him, there was no time to whine about anything, you simply learned to find and create solutions. Each day was FULL and ACTIVE. He is the Salt that built this country.

Ed, you are so correct and yes, i will do better at communicating. The technology has been somewhat of a barrier. Also, I often want to spill my guts of everything that we face and the expectations I have. I have learned to be a bit reserved until I can provide an absolute. There are many factors, variables and sources of contribution that bring all of this together. I now have a new respect for the likes of Microsoft (how many times have the announced a launch date and been off by 6 months or have 3 service packs immediately to fix things that were not proper). Its just the nature of the beast. Perhaps I should have waited til all was perfect but in reality, i wanted everyone with vision and genuine desire to help others participate. The ones that jump away now, demonstrate their own impatience and short vision. They let their fear guide them. We ARE building a Family here. This family will be strong. If this sounds like hype or rah rah… oh well, maybe its not for you. At the end of the day, if you do it all yourself, you will only magnify and have the strength of ONE! It is a critical time for each of us to become self reliant but do it in a way that you have the strength of a group. That is what this is about! We are committing to those around us and the fact that our community and those near us do depend on us and we depend on them! GREED and FEAR has corrupted so many hearts and minds. It is time to change that! Life is short and the worldly things will be the last things you think of if at all! You will think of who you loved, who loved you and the difference you made. Again, those of you that read this and are bothered by it. you seriously don't belong here. The quality of your life is heavily influenced if not completely influenced by the relationships you build. TCA can be part of that process. I get so many comments from people that they have met the most genuine and amazing people. I know money is important to everyone but is certainly is NOT just about the money. Money is only a tool. if you are bad you will do bad things with more money, if you are good, you will do more good. nothing to do with money at all, everything to do with you! Together, I believe we can truly change the world.

Understand, not everyone will join you. That is actually a good thing. Let people self-select. The great people will rise up and you will find yourself surrounded by amazing people. Build your business on SOLID relationships. Be a person of Value (that means giving with intention of delivery the best you can and fixing it when its not right). You do that and… TCA no TCA you will have great success and incredible credibility.

I know I may seem like I am on the soap box. perhaps I am. Either way, I say these things with genuine intention of doing my best to give and shed light on a great future for all humanity. There are so many distractions today. Most of all, many people are distracted from LIFE. Slow down a little. think about what is important. I know its easy to talk about and with money at the core of most of our needs its easy to get caught up in that chase. Once in a while, please slow down think of what is important. Think of the overall impact of you and your actions. You do make a difference and you are important. Together, we all have more impact! blah blah blah. I could rant on and on. I just hope that those of genuine good intention hear my voice and join us. we only need about 10 – 20% of the population to change the world!

I will do my best to communicate more and to share what I can. Mostly, I want to deliver. I get pressure on a date for things, I can only respond with the best information I have from many people involved on this end. Please realize, I am not one guy in a garage with a computer writing code. There are many individuals working on multiple aspects. No, I did not have someone plow 170 million dollars into what I am doing. I have limited resources and have to manage accordingly. For your participation, you will own a piece of all of this. You have my promise that this will be a company for generations. If the stability of that appeals to you, then stand up. jump in with both feet and be part of our family. I have big plans and I would love everyone to participate. We will show the world what win win is. That there really is abundance. it is a simple equation, for everyone receiving, there has to be someone giving! When that cycle stops, we hinder progress! It is when we give our knowledge, experience, resources to each other that we make new discoveries. It is the compounding nature and universal law that we all are part of. Those that break, hoard, devalue, discredit, quit etc.. get stuck! those that contribute, create, deliver, care, share, solve etc.. will progress and grow.

      Thanks!
      John Milanoski.

6:30 PST, 8:30 CST, 9:30 EST Would seem to be the best time for the webinar; not too early for PST and not too late for EST. No matter which one you choose… I'll be there…

I think TCA has a great future… The challenges with regard to signing new members seem to be, 1. convincing prospective new members that TCA is real.. 2. Getting the biz to sign on, when TCA is still in pre-launch mode, and there is no possibility of placing an offer. 3. Some find the multi-level aspect, objectionable.. usually due to a less than successful past experience. I have a number of business contacts, that tell me, see me when TCA is actually up and running.. I am in businsess and have supported a number of sales folks, at the wholesale leve, for years, as well as selling in the wholesale segment, myself, and I know, that once the presentation is made, comes the close. It is a little difficult to close the deal, and then tell the client, that NO YOU CAN'T place an offer yet .. and I am not sure when you can. Anyway..I am not complaining, or giving up… just making a few points, that I am sure you and others have encountered and considered..
Thanks much and continuing good luck.. Forrest Fuller/fullergroup

I would appreciate it if the webinar could be recorded and posted in our back office so that we can listen any time that we can especially as TCA is global and the different time zones involved.
